This class will teach the Hunyuan Taijiquan 24 forms. Movements of rhythmic patterns are coordinated with breathing to reduce stress, improve flexibility, and increase energy.
Instructor: Ken Dolan
Ken has been teaching Tai Chi since 2003. He is certified in Tai Chi for Better Balance, Tai Chi for Arthritis, Hunyuan Taijiquan, Liu Ho Ba Fa Martial Arts Tai Chi and CPR.
