Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What time does the facility open or close? During the weekdays we open from 5:00am until 9:30pm. On weekends we open at 7:30am and close at 6:00pm.

Q: How old do you have to be to use the fitness center? 14 Years old is the minimum age allowed.

Q: What is the indoor pool temperature? The pool temperature is usually kept at 82 degrees. Sometimes it fluctuates up or down a couple of degrees. It takes 24 hours for the temperature to move one degree.

Q: How do you sign-up for Athletic programs? Fill out a flyer located by the indoor check-in and submit it to the athletic office with a payment. You may not register over the phone.

Q: How do you sign-up for group swim lessons? Registration and placement (testing) are held on specific days for members and non-members. Flyers are located by the indoor check-in with current information. Placement is on a first come first serve basis. Non-swimmers do not have to be tested.

Q: How old do you have to be to swim in any of the pools without a parent or guardian present? You must be 8 years or older and a confident swimmer.

Q: What time does the indoor pool/spa close for cleaning? September-June: Monday from 7:00pm - 8:30pm and Tuesday – Friday from 11:00am - 12:15pm.
June – August: Monday – Friday from 4:00pm - 5:30pm
