American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course
April 10, 11, 12 and 13 4:30pm – 9:30pm
May 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 – 6:00pm – 10:00pm
The American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Course includes the following certifications:
- Lifeguard Training
- Professional Rescuer CPR
- First Aid
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator)
Participants must be 15-years-old and successfully complete a swim test (300 yard swim, brick test-timed, treading water for two minutes, and climbing out of deep end), swim 20 yards to take the course. Pre-course testing will be held on the first day upon arrival. The course is open to members and non-members.

Register now and be a lifeguard at the Italian Center this summer! Applicants must be 16 years of age by June to apply.
Participants should bring a highlighter pen, notebook, towel, goggles, bathing suit and snack to all classes.
