Calling all swimmers! Get ready for the Spring/Summer season with targeted training designed specifically for swimmers. This unique class, held on dry land, will help swimmers improve their strength and endurance through a combination of cardio and resistance exercises.

Beginner group (Ages 9-11) 4:45pm-5:15pm

Includes Body weight, core strength development and cardiovascular training

 Intermediate group (Ages 12 and over) 4:00pm-4:45pm

Includes core strength development, traditional strength and plyometric training
