Practicing yoga enables you to come in touch with your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual being.  De-stress while exercising as this class targets all of your muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments and organs, as well as your mind and spirit.

Each hour long session ends with a wind down that includes deep, relaxing stretches for your mind, body and spirit.

These classes are free for members.

$13 for non-members.

Non-member class cards may be purchased at a discounted rate.
