Mondays and Thursdays
Total fit is a mix of cardio, strength and muscular endurance movements combining body weight, dumbbells and exercise bands.
This class is a combination of both Body Sculpting and Boot Camp but is not high impact. Total Fit incorporates both circuit training as well as free weight exercises in this 45 minute class.
$13 for non-members.
Non-member class cards may be purchased at a discounted rate.
