Boot Camp

Tuesdays and Thursdays

9:15 – 10:00am

The IC Boot Camp is a 45 minute high intensity program that includes indoor/outdoor conditioning and applies a varied combination of body weight exercise, running and plyometrics.  This class incorporates advanced athletic movements with significant impact.  A high level of muscular strength and  cardiovascular endurance is recommended before attending this class.

This class is free for members.

$13 for non-members.

Non-member class cards may be purchased at a discounted rate.
