Using your own body weight, our H.I.I.T class is comprised of intervals of intense work periods alternating with short rest periods. This high energy class is ideal for building strength & improving cardiovascular endurance. This class will help you build muscle, burn fat, and improve your overall fitness level.
This class is free for members.$13 for non-members.
Non-member class cards may be purchased at a discounted rate.
