Strength training increases your body’s lean muscle mass so you will burn more calories, even at rest. Experience total body strength training using free weights, resistance bands, and natural body resistance. This one hour class is open to both men and women of all levels.
$13 for non-members.
Non-member class cards may be purchased at a discounted rate.
