Q. What is the minimum / maximum the banquet rooms can accommodate?

Q. Is the reception site to be shared with another group? Most events are single event functions and have exclusive use of our facility depending on availability and time of booking. If in fact another event has been scheduled, our three banquet rooms are private and separate of each other.
Q. Can I bring in my own caterer? The IC Banquet and Conference Center offers the highest quality as well as diverse menu selections of any other banquet facility of its kind and therefore outside catering is not required.
Q. Will my deposit and reservation be confirmed by contract? Upon receipt of deposit and confirmation of menu selection as well as other individual requirements, a formal contractual agreement is generated between the IC and the client. Inevitably, changes and alterations are made to the contract prior to the date of the event. Guest attendance counts and payment schedule is prescribed in the agreement.
Q. How long can my event be? Most events are five (5) hours in duration. However, functions may extend services at an additional fee.
Q. Are there any regulations on decorating, flowers, etc.? Decorating, including floral arrangements are mostly the responsibility of the client and there are some minor restrictions for decorating. We would be pleased to offer any assistance in recommending theme coordinators, florist, etc.
